What the account must have before the picture appears
The word watch and bet is a condition, not a description. A stream is usually granted on something the account already has - a balance, a bet, a signed-in session in an allowed place - and a reader can hold money in an account and still be refused the picture.

Watching a stream usually requires four things at once: a signed-in account, a located territory that is cleared, a funded balance, and on about half the streamed events a qualifying bet as well. On the samples 50 of 96 streamed events ask only for a balance and 46 ask for a bet, so a reader can have money in the account and still be refused the picture.
The four conditions
A stream is a service granted on the account, not a public page, so the conditions are checked per reader rather than per event. Three of the four are ordinary - sign in, be in a cleared place, have money - and the fourth is the one readers find hardest to accept, because it makes the picture depend on a wager rather than on a subscription.

Why a bet and not a subscription
The condition exists because the picture is not the product being sold. The rights were bought to raise turnover, and the stream is granted to the reader most likely to place a bet, which is a reader who has just placed one. That is why the picture can be withheld from an account that holds money and granted to one that has just staked a fraction of it.
- Am I signed in, and is the session still current?
- Is my territory the one the licence covers, or has the check located me elsewhere?
- Does this event ask only for a balance, or for a qualifying bet I have not placed?
- Has a qualifying bet expired, which can withdraw the picture mid-match?
- Is a picture refused, or merely slow to start, since the two look identical on a phone?
